What is a solar electric house?

Annual consideration as a key factor

The energy deficit from the winter months, when more energy is consumed than is produced by the PV system, is offset in the spring and summer by the high yields and low heat demand. Therefore, with a correctly dimensioned PV system and a well-insulated house, the annual analysis shows that, on balance, more electricity is produced than consumed by the sectors.
